1st Screen (September 1999-December 30, 2000, June 1, 2004 on Disney/Buena Vista releases)

Below that, we see the information of the film and the disc. On the bottom left corner is "HOME VIDEO" and on the bottom right corner is a rating indicator. The color of the background depends on the rating:

• SEMUA UMUR (General): Green
• REMAJA (Teen): Blue
• DEWASA (Adult): Red

Variants:

• Early releases have the Vision Home Entertainment logo on the bottom left corner instead of the "HOME VIDEO" text. There is a huge disc near the rating indicator.
• On Warner Home Video releases from 2000-2001, a transition effect is used when the screen appears and disappears. These effects include the screen being unveiled a la paper or the screen shattering a la crushed paper.
• On Buena Vista releases from 1999 to 2001, it has a fade-in-and-out transition and stays on screen much longer.
• Fonts used on titles and codes may differ throughout releases.

Technique: None. Computer animation for the Warner Home Video variant.

Audio: None, but in some cases faint noises can be heard due to an audio mastering error.

Availability:

• Seen after trailers (or warnings, or the Vision logo, if there's none) on VCDs by Vision, as well as titles under its division, Mata Home Entertainment and Tora Home Entertainment.
• Despite the next bumper is used since 2000 on most VCDs, Disney/Buena Vista releases continued to use this until June 2004.
• This made surprise appearances at the end of Disney VCDs released during the April to June 2001 timeline, such as The Emperor's New Groove.

2nd Screen (September 29, 2000-July 7, 2017)

Just like the previous warning, we see the information of the film and the disc. On the bottom left corner is "HOME VIDEO" and on the bottom right corner is a rating indicator. The color of the background once again depends on the rating:

• SEMUA UMUR (General): Green
• REMAJA (Teen): Blue
• DEWASA (Adult): Red

Variants:

• From 2000 to 2001, animated transitions are used. The screen would either unveil like a paper, floating like a UFO, or shattering two-dimensionally a la paper getting crushed. The unveil effect was also used on the Teen rating screen from 2006 to 2008.
• On Warner Home Video releases from late 2004 to 2005, a slow fade-in-and-out transition is used.
• From 2006 to early-2008, two animated transitions were used, a paper-scroll like which is used for the General rating screen, and a horizontally-floating screen which is used for the Adult screen.
• Like the previous screen, font used on titles and codes differ throughout releases.

Audio: Same as the previous screen.

Availability:

• Can be seen on every VCD and Simple DVD releases under the Vision label as well as its divisions such as Horizon Entertainment, Tora Home Entertainment, Vision Music, just to name a few.
• In VCDs released from 2000 to 2005, this was mostly shown after the trailers. Beginning in 2005, Vision no longer put trailers on their releases.
• Disney/Buena Vista titles didn't use this bumper until 2014 releases beginning with Muppets Most Wanted.

3rd Screen (Disney) (January 2, 2004-April 5, 2005)

Visuals: On a plain color background is the disc info screen, just like the previous two screens, but this time the font is now entirely in Serif, the rating indicator is now under the VCD code, and the "Home Video" on the corner left is now absent.

Technique: A still computer graphic.

Audio: Same as the previous screen.

Availability: It was only seen on Disney/Buena Vista VCDs from 2004 to early 2005, even this was used in tandem with the 1st and the 4th screens.

4th Screen (Disney) (January 4, 2005-December 2012)

Visuals: Close to the previous Disney warning, except now the details are now set in the center instead of left, and a different font is used.

Variants:

• An early version exists where a semi-invisible disc is seen on the background, and the screen has a different font.
• Font varies depending on releases, in this case the entire detail on the screen.

Audio: Same as the previous screen.

Availability: Can be found on Disney VCDs from 2005 to 2012 beginning with Shall We Dance (2004).
