Background
This was a production company ran by producer Jerry Kramer.

Logo: On a white background, the word "VISUALIZE" rises from the upper-middle. Its shadow is seen below that and appears as the company name rises.
FX/SFX: Just the rising of the company name.
Music/Sounds: A somewhat ghostly synth with droning sounds throughout.
Availability: Appeared on the Sinbad comedy special Afros and Bellbottoms, which is available on VHS. Also appeared at the end of Comedy Product, which aired on Comedy Central, Elvis USA, which aired on TBS and the short-lived Limboland on Comedy Central.
