Visuals: On a blue gradient background, we see a silver Earth model spinning with rings around it and blue & red light rays. It cuts to a red rounded rectangle with the silver station name turning to the viewer, along with the small blue rounded rectangle with a silver number "38" in it, and a black bar with the white words "MILWAUKEE, WI" in it.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A stock guitar tune, which was used for HC2 Holdings/DTV America stations.
