Background
WORA-TV is an affiliate of ABC in Puerto Rico (specifically Mayaguez & Aguadilla) that was founded in the 60's. They were a former Telemundo and TeleOnce affiliate.
1st Logo (1979-1980s)
Visuals: on a black background, an orange 5 and a rainbow behind it appear, with the text "WORA TV" and "MAYAGUEZ.P.R." are under it.
Technique: A still computer graphic.
Audio: a male saying "WORA TELEVISION, CANAL CINCO MAYAGUEZ-AGUADILLA." then is cut off.
Availability: Unknown. [Examples?]
2nd Logo (1980s-1992)
Visuals: on a map of Puerto Rico, the followed places are listed and their locations shine: "Mayagüez" "Mona" "República Dominicana" "Arecibo" "Ponce" "Isabela" "Aguadilla" "Cabo Rojo" and "San Germán". During that, a shine that looks aimed to Isabela forms a "5" and a radio signal appears. Then the callsign and licensed city "WORA TV" "Mayagüez, P.R." appear above the "5". The radio signal repeated 3 times.
Technique: 2D computer animation.
Audio: a violin and a male speaking Spanish.
Availability: most likely Extinct.
3rd Logo (1992-1995)
Visuals: At the start, the basic id shown on most, if not all of the ids from 92-95 is animated, but then the "T" forms into a blue "5" with birds next to it, and the text "WORA" and "MAYAGUEZ" appear under it.
Technique: Standard 90s animation.
Audio: A distorted tune and a male speaking Spanish.
Availability: Unknown. [Examples?]
4th Logo (2011-2019?)
Visuals: on a blue trail, a yellow circle and the station and repeater name are there, then a blue W forms on the yellow circle and a yellow vortex forms. Then the blue "ORA" fades in with blur. And then a "TV" and a "5" fade in with blur.
Technique: the fade blur.
Audio: a 6 note piano tune.
Availability: most likely only used during the time, so recently Extinct.
5th Logo (2014?-)
Visuals: on a yellow background, the text "SHHHHH..." appears and dissapears. Then the text "VIENDO" appears. And then the WORA-TV logo from 2014 fades in on a black background and a brown ribbon slides through.
Technique: CGI
Audio: a drumroll, and then a male saying "Shhhh... Viendo ABC 5." And then disco music.
Availability: This ID is in use.
