Logo (June 13, 2005-January 9, 2018)
Visuals: The words "walking entropy" zoom out and land on a black-and-white footage of the person's legs walking with scratches. A black "streak" wipes part of the footage out, leaving a black line. The background then becomes black as a large copy of the words appears and zooms in to the point where the "g" covers most of the left side of the screen.
Variant: A short variant exists.
Technique: Live-action and 2D animation.
Audio: A bongo tune with a swoosh or the closing theme. On Major Crimes, the audio of the preceding The Shephard/Robin Company logo continues over this logo.
Availability: Seen on The Closer and its spin-off Major Crimes.
