Logo: Same as the 1st Warner Home Video logo, but it's videotaped, and "MUSIC" replaces "HOME".
Technique: Same as the 1st Warner Home Video logo.
Music/Sounds: None.
Availability: Extinct. Seen only on a Japanese release from the company during the time period so far.
