1st Logo (1984?-1986?)

Logo: Same as the 1st Warner Home Video logo, but it's videotaped, and "MUSIC" replaces "HOME".

Variant: On the VHS release of Echo & The Bunnymen - Pictures on My Wall, the byline FROM WBB RECORDS LTD. A WARNER COMMUNICATIONS COMPANY appears below the logo.

Technique: Same as the 1st Warner Home Video logo.

Audio: None.

Availability: Seen on some releases from the label, such as Echo & The Bunnymen - Pictures on My Wall and Akina Nakamori Bitter & Sweet

2nd Logo (1984?-1986?)

Logo: On a black background, several white and multicolored lines shoot in from various directions and begin forming the outlined monogram "WMV", which has parts of it colored on multiple occasions. After all the lines shoot away, the background fades to a greenish marble surface with the monogram carved into it. Two hands appear (the left moves towards the still right) and as their fingers contact, a white flash fills the screen, then reveals the full company name carved into the marble while the hands move away with a bit of electricity between their fingers.

Technique: A mix of live-action and early CGI.

Audio: Three piano notes before the lines appear, then a full-on piano synth theme with whooshes and a boom when the fingers contact.

Availability: Seen on Warner Music Video releases, such as The Virgin Tour.
