Background
This is Rachael Ray's holding company, which oversees all of Rachael Ray's business operations.
Logo (September 18, 2006-)
Visuals: On a yellow background, there is a gray and white dog with a TV remote on his paw. He clicks on the remote and it zooms out to reveal the text "WATCH entertainment". He then happily pants.
Variant: On one episode of The Rachael Ray Show, the background is green.
Technique: Cut-out animation.
Audio: A click and the dog's panting, playing over the ending theme of the show.
