Background
Wave Master Entertainment (originally Sega Digital Media) is an audio development team subsidary of Sega. The purpose of the company is to provide soundtracks for a variety of games by Sega, including the Sonic the Hedgehog series.

Logo: On a black background, we see a capsule shape with wavy lines and zig-zag lines, separated by a line in the middle (creating an abstract WM), and the text "WAVE MASTER ENTERTAINMENT" below it.

Availability: This logo was spotted on the bonus DVD of Sonic the Hedgehog 25th Anniversary, released exclusively in Japan.
