Background
This is Tom Werner's production company. It was formed in 2005 after he and Marcy Carsey part ways. It originally partnered with Eric Gold and Jimmy Miller to call the company "Werner/Gold/Miller", but Gold and Miller left in 2007 and it was renamed to its current namesake.

Logo: On a brown background, we see the silver letters "WGM" flipping in letter by letter. Then the letters zooms in and the words "Werner · Gold · Miller" fading in.
FX/SFX: The letters flipping.
Music/Sounds: A guitar riff, or a NBC and Fox generic theme.
Availability: Extinct. Seen on these two short-lived sitcoms Twenty Good Years and Happy Hour.

1st Logo (September 30-November 4 2009, January 11-March 28, 2012, October 4, 2014-January 22, 2019)
Logo: On a grass background is the white words "WERNER ENTERTAINMENT".
Variant: On Are You There, Chelsea?, the logo is on top of the Borderline Amazing Productions logo.
FX/SFX: None, or a NBC or ABC generic theme.
Music/Sounds: None.
Availability: Seen on season 1 of The Conners. This was not seen on the show's pilot episode, as it only has a copyright notice there. This was also seen on the short-lived series Hank, Are You There Chelsea? and Survivor's Remorse.

2nd Logo (October 27-December 29, 2011)
Logo: We see a picture frame containing the two characters from the show Good Vibes holding root beer mugs. Underneath the frame is the words "Werner" in a white-yellow gradient color and "ENTERTAINMENT".
FX/SFX: None.
Music/Sounds: None.
Availability: Ultra rare. Seen only on the short-lived MTV show Good Vibes.
