(September 21, 2014-May 15, 2018)
Visuals: On a black and white city environment with confetti falling about, we see a parade with marching bands, and people watching it. A pink pig float with wings suddenly becomes alive and the strings on its front legs get unattached, allowing it to fly up to the sky. The pig becomes enclosed with a rectangle on a black background. The words "WHEN PIGS FLY" with smaller "INCORPORATED" below the text are seen below the logo.
Trivia: This logo is designed by animators Jason Reicher, Jacob Streilein, and Nicole Stafford.[1]
Technique: 2D animation.
Audio: The sounds of a cheering crowd and a soft cartoonish "Pop!" when the strings get unattached, followed by 2 children (possibly Gary Glasberg's children) saying "Uh-oh!".
Audio Variants:
- Original CBS airings use a generic theme.
- Sometimes, it's silent.
Availability: Seen on the first four seasons of NCIS: New Orleans.
