Background
This is Loren Bouchard's vanity card. It was known earlier as "Loren Bouchard, LLC".

Logo: On a black background, we see three pairs of handpalms, one red, one yellow and one blue, with those on one side pointing and on the other forming circles. The pointing hands then insert their fingers into the circles of the other hands. The text "Loren Bouchard, LLC" in spaced out letters is seen below.

Music/Sounds: A 3-note xylophone theme.
Availability: Only seen on the short-lived Adult Swim series, Lucy, the Daughter of The Devil.
