Background
This is the vanity plate of Sabrina Wind.

Logo: On a background of blue hues, we zoom out from a stylised blue circle with a cyan lens flare inside it, as it rotates with the aforementioned color's border seen around it at first. The text "WINDPOWER ENTERTAINMENT" is seen below the circle as three small blue lines enter the circle, causing the border to disappear as some tiny cyan comet-like things appear going around the circle; as the flare shines while the logo continues zooming out.
FX/SFX: The circle and the camera zooming out.
Music/Sounds: A whoosh sound, followed by a two-note bell tune.
Availability: Brand new. Seen on Queens.
