Background
Winifred Hervey Productions is the production company of producer Winifred Hervey. Fellow producer Stan Lathan later joined the company, renaming it Winifred Hervey Prods. Stan Lathan TV.

Logo: On a white background with changing objects, we see the text "WiniFreD HERVEY" (with the "W" in "WiniFreD" in blue and purple gradient color, and Hervey in a black oval) zoom in and wobble. Then the word, "PRODUCTIONS" in a blue and purple gradient bar, slide in. Then, the word, "and" fades in.
FX/SFX: The background, the zooming in and wobbling of the text, the sliding in of "PRODUCTIONS", and the fading in of "and".

Logo: On a black background, we see the the words "WINIFRED HERVEY" coming to the left, and "STAN LATHAN" coming to the right in a yellow glowing text at a fast pace. Then "PRODS.", and "TV" drops next to the words, causing the other words to Winfred Hervey Productions and Stan Lathan TV shake.
FX/SFX: The moving, dropping, and shaking of the words.
