Background
This is the vanity plate of Terence Paul Winter.
(September 27, 2022-)
Logo: Next to the Perfectman Pictures logo, we see the screen glitching to show color bars, including two extra ones at the bottom. The glitching stops as two lines from the top-left and the top-right corner respectively come down and connect, forming two W's. As it does this, the first extra line glitches and forms the company name. The logo zooms in very slowly.
FX/SFX: The glitching and forming.
Music/Sounds: None.
Availability: Brand new. First seen on The Rookie: Feds.
