Background

Wolfpack Studios was founded in 1999 by text-MUD veterans J. Todd Coleman, Josef Hall, James Nance, Robert Marsa and Patrick Blanton, based in Austin, Texas. The studio was acquired by Ubisoft in March 2004, and was closed in May 2006.

(2003-2006)

Logo: We start zooming out from a shining red eye of an ominous growling wolf. The background is swirling red mist, and the wolf is taken into a box with "WOLFPACK STUDIOS" written below in a custom font. Suddenly, a red flash appears and the logo freezes.

Variant: On the Shadowbane promo, the logo is still.

Technique: Computer animation.

Audio: A wolf's growling with a deep choir note.

Availability: Seen on the studio's sole project, Shadowbane and its promo, along with its expansions.
