Xbox Entertainment Studios (also known as Xbox Originals) was an American television and movie studio based in Santa Monica, California created internally by Microsoft Studios in 2012, in order to create "interactive television content" for Xbox Live.
On July 17, 2014, Microsoft confirmed that the studio would be closing. On October 29, 2014, both the vice president and the president of the company departed, and the company officially closed thereafter.
Logo (June 15, 2014?-November 20, 2014)
Visuals: Simply text with a gray gradient reading "AN XBOX ORIGINAL PRODUCTION" with "XBOX" in green slowly zooming in.
Variant: At the end of the trailer of Atari: Game Over, the same animation as the Xbox One startup, but "ORIGINALS" replaces "ONE" and it is stacked. Then, it cuts to the 2012 Microsoft logo.
Technique: A slow zooming effect.
Audio: None. On the variant, it uses the music from the Xbox One startup.
Availability: It was only seen on two documentaries (possibly) The Thread (2014) and Atari: Game Over. The variant was only seen on a trailer of Atari: Game Over.
