Background
Xi'an Film Studio was a Chinese production company.
1st (known) Logo (1976)
Logo: On a sky background with some monuments and temples of Xi'an. We see a statue made of brown marble. The red text translates to "Xi'an Film Studio" is seen below.
Technique: None.
Music/Sounds: A peaceful extended fanfare.
Availability: Rare. May be seen on 1976-78 Xi'an films.
2nd Logo (1975-1981?)
Logo: On a red background, the Chinese characters from the last logo is in a generic font with "Xi'an Dianying Zhipianchang" in a capital letters.
Variants:
- Sometimes the background is orange or black depending on the film.
- On rare cases, the picture of pagoda is seen and the background is green.
Technique: None.
Music/Sounds: Same as the previous logo. On other films it's silent.
Availability: Uncommon. Seen on 1975-1981 Mainland China films by the company.

3rd Logo (1980's?)
Logo: We see a three horses riding a wheel on a red background with pedestal. The chinese text and english text appears below. Then, the statue continues to moving.
Variant: The rare 1986 version use a gold Chinese text and statue does not moving.
Technique: The statue moving.
Music/Sounds: 3 gong notes.
Availability: Very rare, Seen on a few movies.
4th Logo (Mid 1980s)
Logo: Superimposed over a screen is a Chinese text in a sealed font. We see the company name just appearing over the frame.
Variant: Ballad of the Yellow River has a white background with lion standing on a filmed pedestal. The "XI'AN FILM STUDLO" is seen.
Technique: None.
Music/Sounds: TBA
Availability: Common. Seen on 80's Mainland print of Ballad of the Yellow River. Also, seen on Life (1984) and Old Well (1986).
Legacy: It's kinda funny that a rather unexpecting typo is seen on the Ballad of the Yellow River variant, the typo is that "STUDIO" is misspelled as "STUDLO"
5th Logo (1991-1993)
Logo: On a black background, the same Chinese text from the 2nd and 4th logo is seen with the English text in an Arial Narrow font. The screen stands 7 seconds.
Technique: None.
Music/Sounds: None.
Availability: Common.
6th Logo (1992)
Logo: On a red background, we see a Chinese text "Liaoning Film Studio / Xi'an Film Studio" in white Chinese script font seen below. Then fades to a supporting company text.
Technique: None
Music/Sounds: The opening theme of the film.
Availability: Only appeared on "爷儿俩开歌厅".
