Background

ZeptoLab is a Spanish video game company founded in 2008. It's best known for the Cut the Rope series. On 2023 it moved from Moscow to Barcelona.

1st Logo (1st Octomber, 2010 - 28th November, 2019)

Visuals: On a white background, a lime green flask with "zeptolab" is seen with a back-shadow zigzag-like shape inside it.

Variants:

  • From 2010 to 2013, the logo was still with the "www.zeptolab.com" byline and loading bar underneath.
    • On Pudding Monsters, the O in a company name is replaced with eye of monster from the game.
      • On current versions it is for a while still without byline and loading bar.
  • From 2013 to 2019, the animated version of the logo exist. It shows the flask filling in and after it fills, it gets closer and company name appears. Also the bubbles were shown. After that, it fades to white.
    • For trailers, the logo zooms in and bubbles rises up after it zooms. After that it fades out.

Availability: Seen on their 2010 - 2019 games from Cut The Rope to Om Nom: Merge:

  • The animated variant appears on all tailers of the company games and on all their games since Cut The Rope 2.
    • It also plasters the still version on newer versions of the Cut The Rope games. However, Cut The Rope: Holliday Gift and Pudding Monsters still retain the variant.
  • The in-credit variant appears on Om Nom Stories.

2nd Logo (2019-)

Visuals: Onn a lime green gradient background. We see a white Z - shaped lab flask with words Zeptolab Green underath. Then in right down rug of the screen, Om Nom from Cut The Rope franchise comes and waves to us. After that he goes away and the logo fades into the white.

Variants:

  • Since 2021, the "green" word is absent.
  • On some games, the Om Nom is absent.

Technique: 2d animation or none.

Audio: Bubble sounds from animated variant of the previous logo along with Om Nom doing some noises.

Audio variants:

  • On non-Om Nom version, it's just same as the animated variant from the previous logo.
  • Sometimes it's silent.

Availability:

  • It first plastered the previous logo on 2019 versions of Cut The Rope and Cut The Rope 2.
  • It later appeared on Om Nom: Run and has appeared on all their games since.
