Logo: We see the big black word "ILUZJON" with a white shadow zooming in. Then on the left, the text "ZESPÓŁ REALIZATORÓW FILMOWYCH" forms from both sides of the screen and shortly afterwards, a white line shows up. The word "ILUZJON" changes from black to white. Finally, the screen transitions to a white screen from left and right.
FX/SFX: The line drawing, the text appearing and the strange text "Iluzjon" emerging from the shadows, all made with very impressive animation during the time.
Music/Sounds: A cacophony of a drum solo and a gong which repeats over the whole logo.
Availability: Seen on the episode "Na Melinę" of the Dzień Ostatni Dzień Pierwszy series.
