Background

21st Century Lions Cinema was an Indian Kannada-language film production company, based in Karnataka. [1]

Logo (April 18, 2003)

Visuals: The sequence starts off a part of a rocky landscape exploding, revealing lava flowing out of it slightly. A tall golden pedestal is wiped in from the bottom to the top by a light afterwards, as the camera pans upwards, revealing a blue/black cloudy background with orange light rays shown in the lower corners. As the pedestal is wiped in, 4 lion head appear with a flash effect, later roaring. The golden text "21ST CENTURY LIONS" in an arc wipes in above, as well as the text "CINEMA" below.

Variant: On Paris Pranaya, the company name would flash into its Kannada translation.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: An explosion sound with an object rolling sound effect, followed by a low-pitched bell ding and an ambient whoosh which later gets louder. A gong crash is heard afterwards, followed by a lion roaring and 2 reverberated drum hits.

Audio Variant: On Paris Pranaya, the explosion and rolling sounds would be different, followed by a majestic fanfare accompanied by a spark sound effect, a whoosh and the roaring.

Availability: Only seen on Paris Pranaya.
