Logo: We see an interstate freeway sign that has "495" written in the blue portion and "PRODUCTIONS" written in place of "INTERSTATE". The camera pans from below the sign to front-and-center, and there is a brief reflection of light on the sign near the end.

Music/Sounds: Just the sound of wind, and then a "ding" sound accompanying the light reflection.
Availability: It was seen on their shows such as Jersey Shore, More to Love, and The Real.
