For the last few weeks/months and even years, a lot of logo capture duplicates have been uploaded into pages for production logos (especially in-credit ones) and most of these logos are the same in-credit logo (especially those from JP) but with a different shot from a different show opening/ending. But for animated production logos, the aspect ratio might change depending on the film (such as scope).
The reason why I’m getting this proposed for a rule is because not to avoid logo inconsistency, but also to avoid uploading the same exact in-credit logo but with a different opening/ending animation or a duplicate of the same animated logo with the same aspect ratio it was filmed, but from a different movie, as in if anyone upload a logo that contains the exact animation or same credits layout but with a different OP/ED scene, a warning would be put prior to uploading and if that warning is broken, staff can warn them. This proposal would also be made easier to also make sure that the galleries don’t get clogged up with all of the caps for the in-credit logos, from OP/ED themes song sequences from the shows that the JP companies were involved in.
