No. This isn't Ngozikal, but PBSArchive. From the bad grammar pages and that weird Buzzfan120 Grave page he made, it's definitely PBSArchive. I guess he somehow bypassed his IP ban since he sprung up with a bunch of new accounts lately. I also noticed he self-reported himself here, so he's definitely toying with us admins and trying to place the blame on another vandal.

I personally don't think he should be blocked for it, as his edits appear to be in good-faith. It seems like he may have added the page unaware that it's not real, as that same page exists on the ditched FANDOM fork of the wiki (here) and was made in 2018. Seeing as how the Pokemon home video page has been created before by this same user (though titled POKEMON HOME VIDEO), I think it would be wise to protect both pages from creation (along with Pokémon Home Video and POKÉMON HOME VIDEO as a precautionary measure) so that it hopefully won't be recreated again. I'm not seeing any behavioral similarities here? I checked some of the pages they originally created, and they seem to have WAY better grammar than PBSArchive has, so that alone tells me that this account is very likely not PBSArchive. For future reference: whenever PBSArchive makes an original page, he tends to include sentences or phrases with poor grammar like "the logo was shines", and he also has a bad habit of misspelling "Availability" as "Availlabity". If you ever see any new accounts making pages with grammar and spelling errors like that, especially "Availlabity", then you should report them, as PBSArchive is banned from this wiki.
