Background

A Couple 'A Cowboys was a game and television production company established in 1983 by Phillip Tanner and Brett Clements, two former reporters who met the previous year at an Australian television show called Simon Townsend's Wonder World. They are well known for the Atmosfear series. The company was disbanded after the release of Atmosfear: The Third Dimension in 1995. It was revived in 2003 and released a new version of the board game in 2004.
