Background: Abacus Video was an independent video distributor that was founded by Steve Davis (The son of George Davis who founded Iver Film Services), Wendy Moorhen, and former Walton Video executive Gerald Good in late November of 1982. It shutted down in January 1984 and Steve Davis later on founded another independent video distributor called Arion Communications Ltd.
