Background
Aether Film Production Limited was a film company from Hong Kong.
Logo (2017-)
Visuals: On a black background, smoke rises up to the top of the screen to reveal a Earth-like globe made of paper-Mache and colored light blue with splotches of green, yellow, and orange covering its messy surface. Then, from the top of the screen, a larger globe drops down in a dark color scheme, followed by a smaller globe made of dark blue and purple splotches, then a much smaller globe colored largely orange, and then a very small pyramid in light yellow. All of the globes barring the largest one also have exposed strings they're all hanging from. The strings then disappear and the camera quickly zooms into the pyramid, cutting to a scene of it zooming out while flashing multiple pictures of landscapes and spinning rapidly. It then changes to a white color as it stops zooming, with smoke dropping down behind it in a mix of teal, turquoise, and yellow colors quickly, right before it slows down rapidly. Finally, a large rusty plate zooms out from a upside down triangle shape into view, turning the background fully black with a small spotlight lighting up the logo: the Chinese characters "以太" in a abstract form of writing, and the text "▲ETHER FILM PRODUCTION LTD" cut out into the plate and arranged at an angle. Below it, the Chinese name "以太電影製作有限公司" and English name "AETHER FILM PRODUCTION LIMITED" are seen below in a rusty white color, and a small upside down triangle located below everything.
Variant: A short variant, starting with the pyramid zooming out, appears on Limbo. It, much like the rest of the logos, have a B&W filter layered over it.
Technique: A mix of live-action and CGI.
Audio: A cacophony of several different sounds relating to the actions, like whooshes and bell noises.
Availability: Seen on Paradox and Limbo.
