Background
This is the production company of Alison Grodner, who previously formed Shapiro/Grodner Productions with Arnold Shapiro. It was replaced by Fly on the Wall Entertainment in 2009 with Rich Meehan.

Visuals: On a white background, there is the lowercase letters "A", "G', and "P". The "A" is completely black on the white background, the "G" is white on a green square, and "P" is white on an orange square, and on the bottom right is the lowercase text "ALLISON GRODNER PRODUCTIONS".

Audio: Likely the closing theme. Original airings used a generic theme.
