Background
Allumination FilmWorks was a video distributor originally formed in 2002 as Ardustry Home Entertainment before changing its name in 2006. The same year, the company acquired the assets of United American Video Corporation as well as pieces of ContentFilm. They also had rights to numerous A-Pix/Unapix titles. The company went under between 2009 or 2010.
Ardustry Home Entertainment
(2002-2006)
Logo: On a black background, sparks fly around. The camera slowly pans back to reveal two sets of gears, a yellow one on the left, and a red one on the right, rotating against a stony background. As the camera pans back, we see a blue gear at the top of them, and that they're all enclosed in a gray-outlined rectangle, with the text "ARTISTS INDUSTRIUM" engraved at the bottom. Once we finish zooming, we see the triangle is against a white background, with the text "ARDUSTRY" and "HOME ENTERTAINMENT" at the bottom. A spark flies across the engraving, making it glow yellow before going black again, and the gears stop spinning.
FX/SFX: Not bad CGI for the time.
Music/Sounds: Clangs and soft industrial noises, then a whoosh and a synth drone.
Availability: Rare. Seen on DVD and VHS releases from the company at the time, including The KREW: Strangers, Jack Frost (1997), and Inheritance.
