Use singulars and plurals for the Page Buttons template where appropriate

While the {{PageButtons}} template has the buttons saying "On-Screen Logos", "Warning Screens", etc., I have noticed that some pages on this wiki say "Warning Screen" instead, such as this one. Since this page only lists one warning screen used by the company (at least with what it was called at the time), that makes sense. I figured we could choose between using singulars ("On-Screen Logo" and "Warning Screen") and plurals ("On-Screen Logos" and "Warning Screens") where appropriate.

As a side note, since the "On-Screen Logos" button is always enabled, editing it to make it optional (not only for instances like this but also if it has a warning and bumper but not an on-screen logo) would be tricky without having to disable it by default, which can mean a lot of time and work is needed to enable it again (not that I consider this a bad idea mind you, I just think that would be a last resort).
