2nd Logo (1970s-June 22, 1979)

Visuals: On a black background, there is a lightning yellow gong with "萬聲" at the center fades in. The text "BIANSING SCOPE" appear letter-by-letter. Once the letter is revealed. The burst ray appears in the center of the gong.

Variant: Three is a text version, in this variant, the company name zooms below the logo.

Technique: Cel animation.

Audio: A music similar to the beginning of the 20th Century Fox logo, following this is a orchestra fanfare.
