Logo: We see a dog at a poker table. There are cards near him. He messes with the cards, revealing "BLACKJACK" written in cards with "FILMS" underneath.

Variants:

On Scorpion, the logo is squished and shares the screen with the K/O Paper Products logo.
On Most Dangerous Game, the logo shares the screen with the Mayhem Pictures, Silver Reel and CBS Television Studios logos.
On The Fugitive, the logo shares the screen with the Thunder Road Pictures and Warner Bros. Television logos.

FX/SFX: The dog messing with the cards and the words revealing. On Most Dangerous Game and The Fugitive, it is still.

Music/Sounds: A dog bark followed by the sound of the cards messing. Sometimes, the end theme plays over it or it is silent.

Availability: Seen on Breakout Kings, Scorpion, Most Dangerous Game, The Fugitive and is expected to appear on the 2021 adaptation of Jack Reacher.
