Background

Bob Clampett was an American animator, producer, director, and puppeteer best known for his work on the Looney Tunes animated shorts for Warner Bros. and the television shows Time For Beany and Beany and Cecil. He is usually credited as Robert Clampett in the Looney Tunes shorts he directed/animated/produced, but in the short It's A Grand Old Nag (1947) the credit is given as "Bob Clampett Productions, Inc.". Posthumously, Bob Clampett Productions, Inc. was credited on the short lived The New Adventures of Beany and Cecil.
