United Kingdom
1st Bumper (1986-1989?)
Visuals: On the same space background as the 1986 CIC Video logo, the film's logo zooms in as revealed by a lens flare, and then, it zooms into a comfortable distance for the text to fade in. The text reads:
Afterwards, the text fades out for some more text to fade in. The text on the top space reads:
And the text on the bottom space reads:
The text fades out and the film's logo zooms in to cover the whole screen retaining the space background, revealing a shining polarised hologram (with many copies of the CIC Video logo on it), and then, a video cassette fades in behind it and they zoom out, revealing that the hologram is on the front end of the cassette. The text above and below the cassette read:

2nd Bumper (1989-1993)

Then a shining polarised hologram (with many copies of the CIC logo on it) appears. Then a video cassette fades in behind it and both zoom out, revealing that the hologram is on the front end of the cassette. Text above and below the cassette reads:

Variant: On later Australian tapes with this bumper, which plays after the 1991-1997 variant of the CIC logo, which is on a black background, with the same text, the same hologram image & the same video zoom out on the blue gradient. The same text appears but in lowercase.

Availability: This was used on rental releases by CIC Video in the UK. It appears on Crocodile Dundee 2, Internal Affairs, King Ralph, Back to the Future: Part III, Child's Play II, and Black Rain. It's also on Australian releases. The variant appears on later Australian CIC Video rental tapes.
3rd Bumper (1997-2003)
Visuals: On the same aurora background as the 1997-1999 CIC Video logo is the text in a white Russell Square Regular font:

Then a shining polarized hologram (with either the Paramount, Universal, or Dreamworks Print Logo) appears. Then a video cassette fades in behind it and both zoom out, revealing that the hologram is on the front end of the cassette. Text above and below the cassette reads:

Availability: This was used on rental releases by CIC Video in the UK, such as Small Soldiers. The Paramount variant appeared on rental tapes from that company in its early years; among the rental releases on which this appeared are Vanilla Sky and the 2000 remake of Shaft.
South Korea
Bumper (Late 1980's-Early 1990's)
Visuals: On a blue background, there is a bunch of Korean text on the top half of the screen. On the bottom half of the screen, there is the top of a VHS with a blue spine which has the print CIC Video logo in white in the middle. Next to it, there are two other VHS tapes with blue spines. The screen then zooms out from the VHS tapes which reveals the print CIC Video logo on not only the top of them, but also on the left and right corners on the front of the spine. On the front tape, there's a front label with the print CIC Video logo in blue. When all three cassettes are revealed, the camera stops zooming out from the cassettes. The bumper then fades out.
