Background

Started in late 1996, Caballero Entertainment was formed. It is now the rights claimer of Caballero Control Corporation's former films. They did have an in-house brand name called Ben N' Cherry Collection, which was shut down by dairy corporation Ben N' Jerry's. Caballero got in trouble, getting in bankruptcy the minute they lost. However they managed to get out of bankruptcy and are still running today.

1st Logo (1997-1999)

Visuals: Against a space background, a black "C" attached to two poles is shown spinning in a circle with two more exterior poles, which also spins. Blue sparkles pop out of the logo, as the camera zooms out to show a full view of the logo, while also revealing a galaxy in the background. The logo slows down to let the "C" face the screen for a few seconds, as the letters of the text "CABALLERO" fly and zoom in through the logo. The sparkles stop popping out of the logo, and the latter faces the left and stops rotating. The camera then rotates and zooms through the logo.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: It starts off with a warbling noise, followed by a MIDI-esque triumphant fanfare. It is then followed by a nine-note calm synth tune, accompanied by seven trumpet notes.
