In 1935, Invincible merged with five other Poverty Row studios (Mascot Pictures, Liberty Pictures, Invincible Pictures, Monogram Pictures, and Majestic Pictures) to form "Republic Pictures Corporation" (later known as "Republic Entertainment, Inc.").
