Background

Graphic Films was a production company founded in 1941 by former Walt Disney Productions animator Lester Novros. Though they have produced many films, their logo has only been seen once.

Logo (1986)

Visuals: Same as the first IMAX logo, but with a different logomark at the end. The logomark consists of a drawing of a figure laying down, with a red dot for the head and the body is drawn in blue, with its feet being a bunch of scribbled lines. Above the figure is the text, "Produced by GRAPHIC FILMS CORPORATION".

Technique: Same as the IMAX logo.

Audio: Same as the IMAX logo, but the sounds are a bit deeper and more emphasized. The "Deep Note"-esque noise at the end is also slightly different.

Availability: Seen on Graphic Films' productions of the time, including The Eruption of Mount St. Helens! and Ring of Fire, which were primarily Slingshot Entertainment DVD releases remastered from the original films. It has yet to be spotted in The Great Barrier Reef.
