1st Logo (September 15, 1984-1986?)

CHRIS BEARDE
Productions

zoom in from the sun and onto the grid.

Technique: 2D computer animation.

Audio: The end title theme from the show.

Availability: It appeared on early episodes of Puttin' on the Hits and its spin-off Puttin' on the Kids.

2nd Logo (1986?-September 15, 1989)

Visuals: The credits of the preceding show flip away, revealing a drawing of a brown plain with a mountain in the center. Not too soon after that, a silver boomerang suddenly appears, flying around and casting a drop shadow. It eventually reveals the following:

CHRIS BEARDE
Productions

The words cast a drop shadow and shine.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A series of whooshes as the boomerang flies around, followed by a "gliss" sound after the name is revealed.

This is all on the light blue scratchy background used for the credits; the logos in between this (for 20th Television and Vin Di Bona Productions) are superimposed over the same background as well.
