Background
Cinemation Industries was an independent film distributor founded in 1965 by Jerry Gross, based in New York City. The company went bankrupt in late 1975, and all of its films in its catalog have been distributed by other companies. Jerry Gross resurfaced a few years later with a new company, the Jerry Gross Organization.

Visuals: On a blue background, there are the words "CINEMATION INDUSTRIES" in Cooper Black zooming in slowly. Then a box is drawn, with gaps to make way for "A" above it and "RELEASE" below it:

Technique: Cel animation.
Audio: A bombastic fanfare with a loud trumpet and drums. On some films, like I Drink Your Blood, it is the opening theme of the movie.
Availability: It was seen on exploitation films by the company such as Sweet Sweetback's Baadasssss Song, Fritz the Cat, Johnny Got His Gun, and Mondo Cane. However all of these films have different distributors now, either removing or plastering this logo. Check older VHS releases of those films for this logo. It was spotted on a 1982 Warner Home Video release of Fritz the Cat, as well as a Grindhouse Releasing DVD of I Drink Your Blood and Vinegar Syndrome's Blu-ray release of Sweet Sweetback's Baadasssss Song.
