1st (known) Warning (1990-1991)

Visuals: On a black background, there are the words "COPYRIGHT NOTICE" with the warning text underneath:

DUPLICATED IN ANY FORM BY ANY MEANS
WITHOUT SPECIAL PERMISSION OF THE

All the text is in all-caps, and succeeded by the copyright "© 1990 CLEARVUE, INC.".

Technique: A digital graphic with cross-dissolve transitions.

Audio: None.

Availability:

  • It, along with the logo that preceded it, was known to have appeared on First Steps to Learning (a.k.a. Fun to Learn Video Series and Laugh & Learn) and is intact on the VHS releases from United American Video Corporation and Slam Gold.
  • The last few seconds of this warning are retained on the two UK DVD releases "123s/Colours/Time" and "ABCs/Shapes/Big and Little".

2nd (known) Warning (1991-1992?)

Visuals: Same concept as the previous warning, but on a blue-black gradient background, and the text in Century Schoolbook and in lowercase. The copyright now says "©1991 Clearvue/eav".

Technique: A digital graphic with cross-dissolve transitions.

Audio: None.

Availability:

  • It is known to have been found on the "Big and Little" volume of the Laugh & Learn VHS series.
  • The last few seconds of this warning are retained on the UK DVD release "ABCs/Shapes/Big and Little" on the aforementioned feature.

3rd (known) Warning (1996-2004)

Visuals: Same as the 1996-2010 SVE warning, except "SVE and Churchill Media" is replaced with "CLEARVUE/eav".

Technique: 2D computer animation.

Audio: None.

Availability: Seen on VHS releases form the era. [Examples?]
