Nickname: "Creepy Cow"

Logo: On a black background, we see an oval-shaped frame with a painting of a cow wearing red lipstick inside. "a COWLIP PRODUCTION" is below the painting, with "a" in very small type above "COWLIP" and "PRODUCTION" below "COWLIP", also in small type. On Sisters, "in association with", in red, is at the bottom of the screen.

FX/SFX: None.

Music/Sounds: A cheerful piano note, followed by a cowbell and a "moo" or the end theme of Sisters (post 1994 episodes, 1994-96 airings on NBC use generic network music) or Queer as Folk.
