'''Digi''', also commonly referred to as '''RCS & RDS''', is a Romanian telecommunications company. It was founded in 1994 as RCS (Romanian Cable Systems) and later launched a sub-brand named RDS (Romanian Data Systems) in 1998. The two merged together in April 2005, forming RCS & RDS. Both names continued to be used until October 2009.

In November 2004, a sub-brand of RCS named Digi was launched. It would take over the initially formed RCS & RDS company in October 2009, but the previous name is still used.
