Availability: Extinct. Was seen on the 1985 NBC Let's All Be There Celebrity Special. The blue background version appeared on 1990 CBS special The Muppets Celebrate Jim Henson, the TV special Motown Returns to the Apollo, the 1992 CBS and ITV special The Grand Opening of Euro Disney, and the 1991-92 short-lived NBC series The Adventures of Mark & Brian.
