Background
Amsell Entertainment was founded in 1996 by filmmakers Alan M. and his son, Elliott Solomon. Until 2010, they owned distribution rights to most Shapiro Glickenhaus Entertainment titles. Additionally, Amsell also acquired the library to Axis Films International. The company went out of business sometime after CEO Allan M. Solomon died in 2010.

2nd Logo (1997)
Visuals: Just the 3D text "AMSell ENTERTAINMENT" in golden placed over a purple marble background.

Availability: Can be found on the Canadian Alliance Video VHS of Expect to Die and the trailer for Cyber Vengeance, which can be found on the latter film's Polish DVD release. It was also spotted on the 1999 Avalanche Home Entertainment VHS release of Crisis.
