Background
Amsell Entertainment was founded in 1996 by filmmakers Allan M. and Elliott Solomon. Until 2010, they owned distribution rights to most Shapiro Glickenhaus Entertainment titles. The company went out of business sometime after CEO Allan M. Solomon passed away in 2010.
