Background
Channel 5 is an Singaporean TV station owned by Mediacorp. Originally as TV Singapura, it later became SBC Channel 5. Until 1994, It used an single branding that all of SBC's channels used. After that period, Channel 5 (and other channels owned by the company) started to air its own idents.
1st Logo (Where It All Happens) (1 January 1994-mid 1995)
Visuals: In a green-orange-purple gradient background with lines spinning in circles and the number five as a shadow, we see the blue rectangle with the white-orange number "5" on it. A while later, the words "WHERE IT" in magenta, "ALL" in white, in addition to being in the blue rounded rectangle, and "Happens!" in yellow all appear, with the "Happens!" text being written.
Variants:
- A variant where the slogan does not appear existed.
- Special: Unknown.
Technique: CGI by GRFX/Novocom, which was known for creating idents for its sister channel, Channel 12.
Audio: A set of drums, which led to the female singers saying "Channel 5! Where it all happens!", which led to a singer saying the number five. The music was composed at Gari Music Group.
Availability: It was shown to promote the channel's new full English-language format. Possibly appeared on a demo tape by GRFX/Novocom in 1995.
2nd Logo (Your World at Home) (mid 1995-1997)
Visuals: Depending on each variants.
Variants:
- Clouds: We see the Channel 5 logo in a white background, with blue clouds. The ident usually followed by the Television Corporation of Singapore ident.
- Your World at Home: Unknown.
Technique: A mix of CGI and 2D animation. Possibly cel animation for the Your World at Home variant.
Audio: Depending on each variant.
3rd Logo (Your World at Home) (1997-1 March 1999)
Visuals: Unknown.
Variants:
- 5mile: Unknown.
- 9 to 5: Unknown.
- Father's Day: Unknown.
Technique: A mix of CGI and live-action. Possibly 2D animation for the Father's Day variant.

4th Logo (For pure entertainment, give me 5) (1 March 1999-12 February 2001)

5th Logo (12 February 2001-2002)

Visuals: Depending on each variant. All idents end with the Channel 5 logo, with glossy clones of the logo at the back.

- Mirror: Three variants with different people exists.
- Oh Carol!: Based of the Singaporean TV show of the same name, Unknown.

7th Logo (Home of Your Favourites) (2004-January 2005)
Visuals: Same as before. All idents end with the words "home of your favourites" all folding in at once, while the Channel 5 logo next to the words fade in. Behind the logo, we see a life-sized shadowy number "5" in white (orange in the Police & Thief variant) wiping in as well.
Variants:
- Chase: Unknown.
- Heartlanders: Based of the Singaporean TV show of the same name, Unknown.
- Like My Own: Unknown.
- Mailbox: Based of the Singaporean TV show Incredible Tales, Unknown.
- Police & Thief: Based of the Singaporean TV show of the same name, Unknown.
- Singapore Idol 2004: Unknown.

Availability: Same as before, except that the Singapore Idol 2004 variant is on YouTube. It was briefly used on its programmes before during 2005.
8th Logo (January 2005-1 January 2007)
Visuals: Like before, depending on each variant. All idents end with the Channel 5 logo, which forms by lines.
Variants:
- Fucshia: Unknown.
- Light: Unknown.
- Water: We see water pouring into inside the 5, which might end up with the same result as before.
Technique: A mix of 2D and CGI, as well as live-action for the namesake elements in variants. Designed by Lights & Shadows.

9th Logo (Entertaining You First) (1 January 2007-August 2008)

Opening Variant: In 2009, this variant was launched when Mediacorp and other related production studios owned by the company rebranded. Unknown.

Availability: The opening variant itself can be shown in the beginning of every program the channel has produced (at the end, it shows the then-current Mediacorp logo instead).
11th Logo (2013-11 May 2015)

12th Logo (It's Good to Be Home on 5) (12 May 2015-1 February 2023)

Trivia: CARBON stated on their website: "Staying close to the emblematic logo, we wanted to manifest different facets and perspectives using graphic layers that folded and flowed off the logo itself. We achieved a bold and sleek look for the channel’s anticipated rebrand."[1]

Availability: Singapore. Can be shown before every program (except for shows on the Okto on 5 block) that the channel aired.
