Visuals: Same as the 1988 IVE/FHE/Live/Artisan warning, as well as the later variant of the 1980 MCA/Universal Home Video warning.

Availability: Seen on the VHS and DVD releases of the BLT dubs of the Emperor Pilaf saga of Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball: Curse of the Blood Rubies from Kidmark/Trimark.
August 25, 1997-December 14, 1999

Availability: Seen on the VHS and DVD releases of the Ocean/Saban dubs of the Saiyan Conflict and Namek sagas of Dragon Ball Z and the first three DBZ movies (Dead Zone, The World’s Strongest, and Tree of Might) from Pioneer Entertainment.
April 26, 1999–February 20, 2001
Visuals: Almost the same as the 1996 York Entertainment warning, except the background is red, the square is black and it stays still. Plus, the larger word "FBI" appears above the ”$250,000 fine” warning text in white. Everything is also in a light Arial font.
Variant: Another version exists that has a blue background and the square is white with all black text. The word "FBI" is moved to the left below “WARNING” and all the text is capitalized.

Availability: Seen on the earliest VHS and DVD releases released by Funimation Productions independently, including the Dragon Ball movies Sleeping Princess in Devil’s Castle and Mystical Adventure, the company's earliest standalone Dragon Ball Z videos from the 1999 VHS releases of DBZ - Captain Ginyu: Assault and DBZ - Captain Ginyu: Double Cross to the 2001 VHS release of DBZ - Perfect Cell: Hunt for 18, and the 1999 VHS release of Chuck E Cheese in the Galaxy 5000.
February 27, 2001–Late 2008
Visuals: On a black background, there's a colored three-dimensional FBI seal with a blue gradient border and a white inning, the red words "FBI Warning", and the white “$250,000 fine” warning text below. Both texts appear in a bold Clarendon font, which was also used in most of the 1989-1992 Walt Disney Home Video clip-ons.

Availability: This warning screen is shown at the beginning of all VHS tapes and DVDs that Funimation released during this time period, including later video releases of Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z beginning with the 2001 VHS release of DBZ - Imperfect Cell: 17’s End, all VHS/DVD volumes of their original American English dub of Dragon Ball GT, Blue Gender, and Yu Yu Hakusho, and the first few volumes of their dub of One Piece on DVD. It also appears on Our Time Family Entertainment VHS and DVD releases such as their release of Little Nemo: Adventures in Slumberland, Arthur Gets Along, and Connie the Cow: Connie and Friends, and many NCircle Entertainment DVD releases such as episode compilations of Sid the Science Kid. However, 4Kids Entertainment VHS and DVD releases that Funimation distributed contain the next warning screen.
September 10, 2002-2012
Visuals: Same as the 1992 New Yorker Video warning.

Availability: Seen at the beginning of 4Kids Entertainment VHS tapes and DVDs that Funimation distributed during the time, such as all volumes of Yu-Gi-Oh!, Kirby: Right Back at Ya!, the 2003 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series, Sonic X, and Cubix, the uncut DVD releases of Ultraman Tiga and Shaman King, Ultimate Muscle: A Legend Reborn, and the DVDouble Shots titles.
2008–2011
Visuals: There's the red word "WARNING:" inside a white stretched-out round shape. Below it is:

Audio: None.
Availability: Seen on Funimation Entertainment DVDs and Blu-rays from the era, such as their 2009 Blu-ray releases of the Dragon Ball Z movies.
2011–present
Visuals: Almost the same as the 2004 Warner Home Video warning, except the line “up to 5 years in federal prison and a fine of $250,000” is replaced by “fines and federal imprisonment” and the FBI Anti-Piracy seal is larger.
Technique: None.
Audio: None.
Availability: Seen on current Funimation DVD, Blu-ray and 4K UHD Blu-ray releases. It was also seen on the 2013 Giant Ape Media DVD of The Oscar Winning Short Films Collection.
Legacy: This screen resembles the 2004 warning that most studios use for their own home media releases in the United States of America. However, it could surprise viewers who wouldn't expect it due to the FBI Anti-Piracy seal being large.
