Background
Glasgow Animation was an privately held animation studio, founded in 2000, just outside of Glasgow, Scotland. It was used off the shelf software to create the UK's first virtual pop artist "T-Babe". Through the interest generated by T-Babe, graphic software companies such as Silicon Graphics and Alias Wavefront (now Autodesk) helped to sponsor Glasgow Animation through skills training and technology. They only made one movie, that being the infamous Sir Billi.

Visuals: On a black background, the text "GLASGOWANIMATION" slowly fades in. A few seconds later, a Scottish piper peeks over the right of the screen, looking at the audience. He then leaves, and then comes back with an bagpipe. He inhales, and blows into the bagpipe. He kept trying, which then an cane comes, and drags him away.
Technique: CGI.
Audio: The dialogue of the piper, inhaling sounds, and raspberry sounds.
Availability: It was seen only on the infamous Sir Billi.
