Logo: On a night view of Mount Juneau, we see 8 yellow stars on top of the mountain that move until they form the stars from Alaskan state flag. The KTOO logo fades in while the right star goes into the "O".
FX/SFX: The stars moving, the logo fading in.
Music/Sounds: Silent, or an announcer that says the station's name.
