Background
Seems to be a state-owned film studio from China.
Logo (1980's)
Visuals: On a black background with a red, green and blue searchlight, are several silver discs which fall to form a bowl, which later turns for a moment as the disc turn afterwards, the bowl then turns into a symbol that looks similar to Record TV's logo, then two half filmstrips move upwards to form the company's emblem, then the company's Chinese name in red zooms in as the symbols turns to reveal a film reel.
Technique: CGI animation.
Audio: A fanfare composed from synth bells, violins and trumpets.
Availability: Seen on films from the company.
